Claude Code

• Added Claude Code to the Chat Window, which runs the Claude Code installed on your Mac in a folder you pick, signed in with your Claude subscription or an API key, and shows its replies, tool calls, file edits and plan as it works, asking you before it acts.
• Added the Claude Code sessions of the chosen folder to a new Claude Code chat, including ones started in Terminal, so you can open one and continue it in Enconvo; the list appears below the composer without moving it.
• Added a permission mode picker and a model picker to the Claude Code chat composer, to choose when Claude Code asks before acting, including Plan mode, and which Claude model it uses; on a chat that's also open in a terminal, the picker follows the mode the terminal uses, such as Bypass permissions.
• Added notices in Claude Code chats when Claude Code isn't installed, is too old or isn't signed in, with the Terminal command that fixes it, and Claude Code chats synced from another Mac now open read-only with a note to continue them on that Mac.
• Added Continue in Terminal and Continue in iTerm to a Claude Code chat's menu in the sidebar, which picks the chat up in a new terminal window in its folder with its model and permission mode.
• Added a note to Claude Code chats that are also open in a terminal, and turns taken there now appear in the chat while it is open or when you come back to it.
• Added handing a task to Claude Code from the Hub by asking for it by name, such as "ask Claude Code to fix the tests"; it works in the folder your message names or the project you used most recently, in a Claude Code chat you can open or continue in Terminal.
• Added what Claude Code is doing, such as the command it is running, to the Dynamic Island and your pet while a Claude Code chat works, as they already show for other agents.
• Added Fork to Claude Code chats: a fork continues in its own Claude Code session that remembers the conversation up to the turn you chose, and the note on a chat that's also open in a terminal now has a Fork button so you can keep working without stepping on the terminal.
• Added live updates to Claude Code chats continued in a terminal, so new turns appear in Enconvo and on iPhone as Claude Code writes them, and steps still running in the terminal no longer show as failed.
• Added a prompt on iPhone when you send to a Claude Code chat that's also open in a terminal on your Mac, which continues your message in a fork by default so it doesn't get mixed into the terminal's conversation.
• Added Running to a Claude Code chat on iPhone while Claude Code works on it in a terminal on your Mac, with a note above the composer that offers Fork, as on the Mac.
• Fixed runs of Claude Code steps on iPhone reading "Used 3 tools"; they now say what they did, as on the Mac, such as "Ran 2 commands, used 2 tools".
• Added a confirmation when you quit Enconvo while Claude Code is still working in a chat, since quitting stops it; restarts, updates and shutting down your Mac aren't held up.
• Added a stop button to a Claude Code chat while Claude Code works on it in a terminal, which brings that terminal forward so you can press Esc there, plus a Show Terminal button on the chat's terminal note; sending waits until the terminal's turn ends so two turns don't mix.
• Added quiet one-line notes inside Claude Code answers on the Mac and iPhone for a stopped turn, a compacted conversation, a slash command's output or a finished background task, with a colored dot for how a background task ended.
• Added Claude Code's task list to Claude Code chats on the Mac and iPhone as one to-do checklist that ticks off tasks as Claude Code starts and finishes them, shows the task in progress and keeps the latest list even when several updates finish at once, while an update Claude Code couldn't make shows as a failed step.
• Added live progress to Claude Code subagent steps on the Mac, showing what the subagent is doing, its tool uses, tokens and time so far, and its totals once it finishes.
• Fixed Claude Code subagent results showing Claude Code's hand-back note and indented text instead of the subagent's report, which now reads as formatted text.
• Added background subagents and shells to Claude Code chats on the Mac: the ones still running are listed above the composer with what each is doing and a stop button, a subagent's report appears on the step that started it when it finishes, and Claude's reply to it streams into the chat on its own.
• Added a Chat details card to the chat window, opened from the header, showing the chat's folder with Open in your editor, its branch and changed lines, and its lineage: the chat that started it and every subagent it started with how each is doing; a row opens that chat, and a Claude Code subagent opens its own conversation over the chat, with Open parent and Esc to go back.
• Added Claude Code's own slash commands, skills, plugin commands and MCP prompts to the / menu in Claude Code chats, including new chats in a project.
• Fixed the output of Claude Code commands such as /context not showing in the chat; long reports such as /context's now show folded behind Show more.
• Added file change cards to Claude Code chats showing the files each turn changed, with Undo to put them back through Claude Code's own checkpoints; turns taken in a terminal with claude -p have no checkpoints, so they show their changes without Undo.
• Fixed editing a message in a Claude Code chat leaving Claude Code still remembering the original message and the replies after it; the resent message now continues from just before it, and editing is declined with a notice while Claude Code is working or the chat is open in a terminal.
• Added Enconvo's plugin skills and actions to Claude Code chats, so Claude Code can use your browser, Mac apps, calendar, memory and other Enconvo plugins; the chat's permission mode decides which actions ask you first, Plan mode allows none, and each action shows in the chat with its plugin's icon and card, such as the weather card.
• Fixed calls to an Enconvo action that doesn't exist reporting "Route not found" without naming the action, so Claude Code and Enconvo's own agents couldn't tell what was missing.
• Added images to Claude Code chats: an image Claude Code reads, a screenshot an Enconvo action returns to it, and images pasted into a prompt in the terminal now show in the chat instead of "[Image]".
• Fixed images and files a tool step returns sitting at the far right of the step's result; they now line up with the rest of the step.
• Changed the files list at the end of a Claude Code turn to show each file's folder relative to the chat's folder, so files at its top show just their name instead of a long full path.
• Added a status line to Claude Code chats while Claude's API is overloaded, rate limited or not answering, showing the reason and the retry attempt instead of a silent wait.
• Added a context meter to Claude Code chats' composer that shows how full the conversation's context window is, updates while Claude works, and offers Compact now.
• Added a Compacting context line and a Compacting state on the context meter while Claude Code summarizes a conversation, and a red notice when a compaction fails.
• Added token counts, wording for automatic compactions and an expandable summary to the Context compacted notice in Claude Code chats.
• Added your Claude plan's 5-hour and weekly usage limits, with how much is used and when each resets, to the context meter in Claude Code chats.

• Fixed @ file search in Claude Code chats looking in Enconvo's agent folder instead of the folder Claude Code works in.
• Fixed failed Claude Code turns showing internal diagnostic text or a vague error; they now say why Claude stopped, such as an overloaded API or a conversation too long for the model.
• Fixed Claude Code chats staying silent when a hook blocked the prompt; the chat now says why, and messages from hooks appear as notes like in the terminal.
• Fixed Claude Code chats switching to another model without saying so; the chat now notes the switch, such as after a refusal, during high demand or when a model needs usage credits.
• Fixed Claude Code advisor calls spinning and then showing as failed in chats; the step now finishes with the advisor's answer, or says why the advisor was unavailable.
• Fixed Claude Code tool calls that auto mode blocked showing as failed with Claude's internal instructions; they now show as denied with the classifier's reason, and calls you denied stay denied after the chat is reopened.
• Added Claude Code's warnings, such as fast mode running out of usage credits or your organization restricting a model, as notices in the chat instead of dropping them.
• Fixed Claude Code chats losing the output of commands such as /context and messages from blocking hooks when the chat is opened from the terminal or rebuilt from Claude Code's history.
• Fixed Claude Code chats waiting several seconds before starting, or missing commands from your shell setup such as nvm, after Enconvo had been idle for a while.
• Added renaming Claude Code chats with /rename, typed in the chat or in a terminal that has the session open, so the chat takes the name you give the session as its title.
• Fixed MCP servers in Claude Code chats that ask you for details or ask you to sign in in your browser being turned down without asking; the chat now asks you, one field at a time, and opens the page only after you agree.
• Fixed MCP servers that need you to sign in staying unusable in Claude Code chats; sending /mcp now offers to open each server's sign-in page and tells you once the server is connected.
• Added a goal strip above the composer in Claude Code chats that shows the /goal Claude is working toward with its last check, says when the goal is achieved or can't be, and clears it with one click, even mid-reply.
• Changed the model picker in Claude Code chats to show the model Default stands for, such as Opus 5.5, instead of just Default.
• Added suggested next prompts to Claude Code chats: after a reply, the empty composer shows what Claude Code expects you to ask next, and Tab fills it in.
• Added automatic titles to new Claude Code chats: after Claude's first reply, Claude Code names the chat from what you talked about, as it does in the terminal, and the name also shows in claude --resume; a chat you renamed keeps your name.

Live Talk, Agent and Companion

• Changed Live Talk chats started from the iPhone or Android Companion to be named after what you talk about, or after the first file you shared before speaking, instead of all being called Live Talk.
• Changed tasks Live Talk hands to your Mac to answer in plain text instead of also drawing a result card the call never shows, so answers like a PDF summary come back sooner.
• Changed questions about a file, photo or web page you share in a Live Talk call from the iPhone or Android Companion to be answered straight from it in a few seconds instead of starting an Agent task; asking to translate, edit or make something from it still starts one.
• Changed Live Talk to respond sooner: simple questions and small talk are answered by the voice itself instead of waiting on another model, requests whose intent is clear start a few seconds faster, a request that follows on from what you just asked for starts right away instead of waiting a few seconds, asking whether a task is done, what it is doing or what it is waiting on is answered at once when the task list already says so, and a finished task's answer is told a few seconds sooner during a call, without a "still working" update just before it, while tasks you ask for aloud answer in a few spoken sentences instead of a long written summary, so their result comes back sooner (a draft or translation you ask for still comes in full).
• Added a classic phone ringback tone while a Live Talk call connects on the Mac, iPhone and Android Companion, which stops as soon as the voice answers.
• Fixed the first ring of a Live Talk call on the iPhone sounding much quieter than the rings after it.
• Fixed Live Talk on the iPhone sometimes going on speaking for a few seconds after you started talking over it.
• Changed tasks that Live Talk or a Hub hands to the Agent to work and answer more concisely, without restating the request or describing each step, so their results come back sooner.
• Changed starting Live Talk from the iPhone or Android Companion to open the call screen and ring at once, without the "Starting on your Mac…" wait first.
• Changed Live Talk on the Mac, iPhone and Android Companion to connect a second or two sooner by opening the voice connection and loading the chat's context while Enconvo Cloud checks the call, and to go ahead as soon as that connection opens instead of waiting on a slow check.
• Changed Live Talk on the Mac, iPhone and Android Companion to be heard sooner once the voice answers by starting the microphone and speaker while the call rings.
• Changed Live Talk on the Mac, iPhone and Android Companion to start a spoken request up to a second sooner by working out what to do with it while it checks that you have finished speaking.
• Changed Live Talk on the iPhone and Android Companion to tell you a task finished or failed up to a second sooner during a call in your Mac's chats.
• Changed Agent follow-up messages, including the requests a Live Talk call hands to the Agent, to start up to a second sooner by looking for related Memories only when some were left out of the chat's Memory list, and by getting the local embedding model ready as a Live Talk call starts.
• Changed asking the Agent for a video, including from a Live Talk call, to start several seconds sooner, as the Agent now creates it right away instead of first looking up how to call the video model.

• Changed images, videos and audio the Agent makes for a Live Talk call or another Hub request to come back a few seconds sooner, as the Agent now answers as soon as they are made instead of taking an extra step to hand them over.
• Changed multi-step Agent tasks, including those from a Live Talk call, to finish several seconds sooner with GPT and DeepSeek models, as the Agent now updates its checklist together with its next action instead of in a step of its own.
• Changed Agent tasks, including those from a Live Talk call, to start each next step up to a second sooner after a tool that takes a while, as Enconvo now keeps its connection to the model provider open between steps.
• Changed Live Talk requests and Hub tasks to start their first step up to a second sooner, as Enconvo opens the connection to the Agent's model provider while it works out what to do with the request, and now also keeps the connection open between steps when you sign in with ChatGPT.
• Changed photos and files you add in the iPhone or Android Companion to start uploading to your Mac as soon as you pick them, with progress on each one and tap-to-retry if one fails, so Send goes out right away.
• Changed Live Talk to answer aloud a message you type into the call's chat on the Mac, iPhone or Android Companion, and to ask aloud what to do with photos or files you send there without a message, instead of replying only in text.
• Changed answering an Agent's question aloud in a Live Talk call, such as picking one of its options, giving the detail it asked for, saying yes or no to an action, or skipping it, to reach the Agent in about a second instead of several.
• Fixed Live Talk reading an Agent's question out again just as you answered it, which talked over your answer and made you repeat it.
• Changed the Android app card in Settings → Connections to call the Android Companion a beta, like the iPhone one.
• Fixed requests from the iPhone Companion, and Live Talk requests from the Android Companion, failing with your Mac shown as offline when its connection dropped for a moment; they now wait a few seconds for the Mac to come back, and the Mac and the phone reconnect sooner.
• Changed Live Talk to speak moderately faster for longer answers, while slowing down for key conclusions, numbers and steps and following your requested pace.
• Changed Live Talk to report ongoing task status after a random 6–10 seconds of silence, making progress updates less frequent and more natural.

Browser Extension and Ask Enconvo

• Added Ask Enconvo to the browser extension with its next update: a button beside Grok on X posts, and beside the Save to Enconvo button on Reddit and the other supported sites, opens a chat about the post and the replies or comments the page shows (on X it docks at the bottom right in X's own theme, where the Grok panel opens), and the toolbar icon opens the same chat about any page.
• Added image attachments to the browser extension's chat, from a screenshot of the page or a picked file in the + menu, or by pasting or dropping an image.
• Changed saving posts on X to use X's own bookmark button, which asks the first time whether to bookmark on X, bookmark and save to Enconvo, or save to Enconvo only, replacing the separate Save to Enconvo button on X posts.
• Added "When you bookmark on X" and "Ask Enconvo button" to Settings → Quick Capture, to change what X's bookmark does and to hide the Enconvo button beside Grok.
• Added automatic categories for saved posts, so each post you save from X, Reddit, YouTube and the other sites is tagged with the topics it's about, such as UI Design or AI, reusing your knowledge base's own tags first; turn it off in Settings → Quick Capture.
• Added Summarize with AI and Add categories switches to the browser extension's options page, to turn either off for the posts you save from any site, along with switches for the Enconvo button in X's post composer and the Install in Enconvo button on raycast.com.
• Fixed Bluesky posts saved from a post's own page in the browser extension coming in without their text or date and with the handle in the author's name, and Bluesky posts that mention someone getting line breaks around each mention.
• Fixed Threads posts of only a few words or emoji saved from the browser extension coming in with their date as the text.
• Added Facebook to the browser extension's Save to Enconvo and Ask Enconvo buttons, which follow Share on posts in your feed, groups and a post's own page, where Ask Enconvo also reads the comments it shows.
• Added Ask Enconvo for YouTube videos to the browser extension, which opens at the top of the column beside the video in YouTube's own style, answers from the video's captions and the point you're watching, turns the times in its answers into links that play the video from there, also reads the comments once they've loaded, and is the same chat the toolbar icon opens on that video.
• Added Ask Enconvo for Bilibili videos to the browser extension, which opens above the danmaku list beside the video in Bilibili's own style, answers from the video's subtitles, its danmaku and the point you're watching (so videos without subtitles can still be asked about, and "What's the danmaku saying here?" sums up the viewers' reactions around that point), turns the times in its answers into links that play the video from there, also reads the comments and replies shown under the video, and is the same chat the toolbar icon opens on that video.
• Added comments to Ask Enconvo on Xiaohongshu notes in the browser extension, which reads the comments and replies the note shows, including picture-only ones, knows which are the author's own or pinned and whom each "回复" answers, and suggests questions for notes such as what tips commenters add and what the author replied.
• Added Zhihu questions to Ask Enconvo in the browser extension, where the toolbar icon on a question asks about the question and the answers the page shows, citing each answer with a link to it, and an answer's Ask Enconvo button can also compare that answer with the others on the page.
• Added comments to Ask Enconvo on Weibo posts in the browser extension, which reads the comments and replies a post's own page shows with their emoji, likes and dates, knows which are the author's own and whom each "回复@" answers, and suggests asking how people feel about the post.
• Fixed Weibo posts saved from a post's own page in the browser extension coming in without their author or date and with "Translate content" in their text.
• Fixed a comment or reply cited in an Ask Enconvo answer in the browser extension doing nothing when clicked once it was no longer on the page; it now says so.
• Changed the browser extension's toolbar icon on a post's own page, such as an X post, a Reddit thread or a Weibo post, to open the same Ask Enconvo chat about the post and its comments that the post's button opens.
• Added GitHub issues, pull requests and discussions to Ask Enconvo in the browser extension, where the toolbar icon asks about the thread with the comments, reviews and replies the page shows, knowing a pull request's branches and merge status, which review comments are on which file, and a discussion's accepted answer, and citing each comment with a link back to it.
• Added Stack Overflow and the other Stack Exchange sites to Ask Enconvo in the browser extension, where the toolbar icon on a question asks about the question with the answers and comments the page shows, knowing the accepted answer, each answer's score and which comments are the asker's or the answerer's, and citing each one with a link back to it.
• Added V2EX topics to Ask Enconvo in the browser extension, where the toolbar icon asks about the topic with its supplements and the replies the page shows, knowing each reply's floor, its thanks, which are the OP's and which reply each "@name #N" answers, and citing each reply with a link back to it.
• Added Discourse forum topics to Ask Enconvo in the browser extension, where the toolbar icon asks about the topic with the replies the page shows, in the order of their post numbers, and a cited post opens at that post in the topic.
• Added Wikipedia articles to Ask Enconvo in the browser extension, where the toolbar icon on an article in any language, including the mobile site, asks about the whole article or just the section you're reading, with its infobox and formulas, and a cited section scrolls to its heading.
• Added sections to Ask Enconvo on other pages in the browser extension, where on documentation, blog posts, READMEs and papers the toolbar icon can ask about just the section you're reading, reads around where you are on a long page, and a cited section scrolls to its heading.
• Added a button beside Send in the browser extension's Ask Enconvo chat that shows what Enconvo reads, so once a chat is under way you can switch the next question to the whole page, the section you're reading, the post with its comments or the video, without losing earlier answers.
• Changed the chat the browser extension's toolbar icon opens to appear in the bottom right corner at the same size on every site, as it does on X.
• Added settings to the browser extension's Extension Options for what the toolbar icon opens, its keyboard shortcut, clearing chat history, X's bookmark and Ask Enconvo buttons, and the Save to Enconvo and Ask Enconvo buttons on each site.
• Changed the browser extension's Ask Enconvo chat to stay where you are when you scroll up while an answer is coming in, with a Jump to latest button to return to the newest words, and to keep text you selected in earlier answers selected.
• Fixed the shadow of the browser extension's Ask Enconvo chat landing all at once as the chat finished opening, and the stray outline around it while it grew or shrank; the shadow now fades in smoothly as the chat settles and fades out as it closes.
• Added Up and Down arrow keys in the browser extension's Ask Enconvo chat field to bring back your earlier questions in that chat, so you can edit one and ask it again.
• Fixed the browser extension staying disconnected after Enconvo restarted until you next used the browser; it now reconnects on its own within about 30 seconds.

Enconvo on X

• Added an Enconvo button to X's post composer in the browser extension, drawn in the size and color of X's own toolbar buttons and also opened with ⌘J, that runs Polish for X, Fit in 280 characters, Turn into a thread, Translate, Change tone, Fix spelling and grammar or your own AI Commands on the draft and shows the rewrite under the composer with its changes highlighted, to Replace, Insert below or Add as thread, with Undo.
• Added Generate image for this post to the Enconvo menu in X's post composer in the browser extension, which makes a picture for your draft with your image model and adds it to the post with Add to post.
• Added Suggest a reply to the Enconvo menu in X's reply composer in the browser extension, which drafts a reply to the post you're answering, from your notes if you've written any.
• Added Suggest a comment to the Enconvo menu when you quote a post on X in the browser extension, which drafts your take on the quoted post, from your notes if you've written any.
• Changed Translate in the Enconvo menu of X's reply composer to offer the language of the post you're replying to first, so you can answer in its author's language.
• Changed Translate in the Enconvo menu on X to show each language by its own name too, so searching for 日本語 or espanol finds it.
• Fixed the Enconvo preview on X so Arabic text reads right to left and Japanese and Chinese translations show in their own characters.
• Changed the Enconvo menu on X to open on Fit in 280 characters when your draft is too long for X to post, showing how many characters over it is.
• Added Reopen preview to the Enconvo menu on X, which brings back a preview you closed without using, with all its versions, without running anything again.
• Added a note to the Enconvo preview on X when you edit your draft after it was written, with Redo with your edits to write it again from your changes.
• Added a Describe your change box to the Enconvo preview on X, where you can say how to change the version shown, such as adding a question at the end, and get it as a new version.
• Added a note to the Enconvo preview on X when a version runs past X's 280-character limit, with Fit in 280 to shorten it into a new version.
• Changed Your AI Commands in the Enconvo menu on X to show your commands right away from the last time they loaded, try again by itself when loading them fails once, and offer Try again when they still can't load.

Knowledge Base

• Added Tags to a saved post's details in the knowledge base, so you can see and change its automatic categories without leaving the post.
• Fixed the knowledge base preview closing when you removed the tag you were filtering by from the open item.
• Added Suggest categories to a saved post's Tags in the knowledge base, so a post saved before automatic categories, or one that got none, is categorized in one click.
• Added Untagged to the knowledge base's Tags filter, so the items that have no tags yet, like saved posts without categories, are easy to find.
• Added Suggest categories for all the untagged saved posts in view when the knowledge base is filtered by Untagged, with progress and a Stop button.
• Added Manage Tags to the knowledge base's Tags filter, to rename, merge or delete a tag across all its items at once.
• Added clicking a tag on an item's details or a saved post's preview in the knowledge base to show just the items that share it, and clicking it again to show everything.
• Added a filter bar above the knowledge base list that shows each tag and type you filter by, so you can remove one with a click or clear them all at once.
• Added a search box to the knowledge base's Tags filter when you have many tags, so you can type part of a name to find a tag and press Return to filter by it.
• Added a No Results view to the knowledge base when a search or filter finds nothing, with buttons to clear the search or filters or to show the matches in All Items, and a Searching state while the contents of your items are still being searched.
• Added ⌘F (Ctrl+F on Windows and Linux) and / to jump to the knowledge base's Filter box, with a shortcut hint in the box and Esc to clear what you typed and then leave it; in Settings, ⌘F still goes to the settings search and / jumps to the Filter box.
• Fixed the Knowledge Base window's toolbar in a narrow window: the view switch and Add no longer slide under the details column, and as the window narrows the card size slider hides and the Tags, Types and Add buttons show just their icons.

SmartBar and PopBar

• Fixed the SmartBar list highlighting the row under a resting mouse pointer as a second selection when it opened, when results changed while typing, or when the arrow keys scrolled the list.
• Fixed Enconvo's memory use creeping up each time you moved through the SmartBar command list with the arrow keys.
• Fixed the SmartBar command list taking a second or more to show up in a new chat, and each new chat adding to Enconvo's memory use for its searches.
• Fixed the SmartBar's Recommended prompts jumping back to the first tab whenever you cleared the input, and lighting up the prompt or tab under a resting mouse pointer when the SmartBar opened or you switched tabs.
• Fixed SmartBar commands whose icon file is missing showing no icon and a title out of line with the rows around it, and files shown with their Finder icon getting a generic one.
• Fixed the arrow keys in the SmartBar list leaving a section's title hidden above its first row when moving up, and the list's title hidden after wrapping around from the last row to the first.
• Fixed long file names and command titles in the SmartBar list being cut short to make room for a long description or file path beside them, which is now shortened or hidden first.
• Fixed the SmartBar's Recommended and Commands switcher staying over the search results while you typed, where it did nothing and rows scrolled under it; it now shows only while the input is empty.
• Fixed SmartBar results sometimes showing up late when Finder or an Enconvo window was in front, while the SmartBar looked up the current Finder folder.
• Fixed @ file suggestions from the current Finder folder slowing down each keystroke, and showing files from deep inside one subfolder, or the hidden Library folder, instead of the files nearest the top of the folder.
• Fixed the Actions panel (⌘K) moving its selection to the action under a resting mouse pointer when it opened, when the arrow keys scrolled it, or as you typed to filter it, so Return could run a different action than the one you picked.
• Fixed the action icons in a plugin's Actions panel (⌘K) changing to new background colors every time you moved through or filtered the list; each action now keeps one color.
• Changed the SmartBar to show search results a little sooner as you type, with less work on each keystroke and on each arrow-key move through the list or the Recommended prompts.
• Fixed the SmartBar and Dynamic Island redrawing with every camera frame while Live Camera was on, and with every screen capture while Live Screen was on, which used extra CPU.
• Fixed the buttons at the top of SmartBar chats, the App Sidebar and PopBar results redrawing on every keystroke and as your speech was transcribed, which used extra CPU.

• Fixed the preview card of an attached text file in the SmartBar and Dynamic Island showing nothing for files over 512 KB, for Chinese, Japanese and Korean files saved in older encodings such as GBK, Big5 or Shift JIS, for UTF-16 files and for code files such as .ts; the card now shows the file's text (the start of a long one), shows RTF files formatted instead of as markup, no longer shows garbage for binary files, and no longer freezes on very long single-line text such as minified JSON.
• Fixed the SmartBar and Dynamic Island model picker opening at the top of a long model list instead of at the chat's current model, and the Up and Down arrow keys moving through the models without showing which one Return would pick; the model the arrow keys are on is now highlighted and kept in view, and Left and Right keep the highlighted provider in view.

• Fixed Enter on a PopBar result going to the app underneath, which made Teams send the original text; Enter now pastes the result until you type something else in that app.
• Fixed Esc on a PopBar result going to the app underneath instead of stopping the reply or closing the result.

Chat Window and App Sidebar

• Fixed Open in for a chat's folder doing nothing on the Mac when you picked an editor or terminal, such as Visual Studio Code, Cursor or iTerm, from the files sidebar or the Chat details card; the folder now opens in the app you pick.
• Fixed the Chat details card hiding its Open in row on a Mac that has a terminal but no code editor installed; it now offers Open in Terminal, or whichever terminal you have.
• Fixed the read-aloud player in chat and the audio player in recordings and knowledge base previews having unnamed buttons; play, pause, skip, close and the progress bar now show tooltips and are announced by screen readers.
• Fixed chats not scrolling with the mouse wheel or trackpad while the pointer is over a code block, table or wide view in a reply.
• Changed chat answers that summarize, explain or give a few tips to come back as text instead of a result card; comparisons, rankings, tables and charts still show as cards.
• Added Rename (⌥⌘R), Pin, Fork and Archive (⇧⌘A) to the Chat Window ⋯ menu, where Fork can start a new chat from the latest reply or from an earlier turn and Archive offers Undo.
• Removed the "This window" chip from the App Sidebar composer; the window screenshot and details are still attached to each message as before.
• Fixed the App Sidebar handle staying on top of windows that cover its app's window; it now hides behind them along with that window.
• Fixed a streaming reply sometimes showing every word twice, such as "login login succeeded succeeded", after you sent a message while it was still running or left the chat and came back to it.
• Fixed line breaks written as <br> in chat answers, such as inside table cells, showing as text instead of breaking the line.
• Fixed long links in your messages and long inline code in replies being cut off in a narrow Chat Window and on shared chat pages opened on a phone; they now wrap.
• Fixed browser tab and window cards in the chat showing a broken image when they came without an icon; they now show a globe or window icon.

Shared Chats

• Changed shared chat links to look the same as the chat in Enconvo, with the same message layout, spacing, file-change cards and dark mode, including chats shared from the iPhone or Android Companion and links opened on a phone.
• Fixed shared chat pages leaving out task-list checkboxes, the thinking icon and math fonts, and showing a Show in Folder button on images that only works on your Mac.
• Fixed long messages of yours on shared chat pages being cut off with no way to read the rest; Show more now opens them as it does in the chat, and code blocks no longer show a copy button that does nothing there.
• Changed Continue in Enconvo on shared chat pages to open the Enconvo app on the device you're reading on, so a shared chat opened on an iPhone or Android phone continues there in the Companion, and the download link offered when the app doesn't open matches that device.
• Fixed charts and other visual answers being left out of shared chat pages; they now appear as they do in the chat, in light and dark mode and on phones.
• Fixed MCP App views on shared chat pages being stuck loading, and the Memory saved row and page-read summary running off the edge of a narrow Chat Window or a phone; shared pages also no longer show the site-reading buttons that only work on your Mac.

Avatar

• Fixed the Avatar not moving its lips while a reply is read aloud after a Live Talk call with it, until Enconvo was restarted.
• Added twelve built-in Avatar characters that need no download: Bubble, Beanbot, Mochi, Sprout, Starling, Cloudlet, Sugar, Jelly, Aurora Halo, Nebula Orb, Plush Pebble and Galaxy Crystal, each reacting as it listens, works and speaks; a removed one comes back with Restore.
• Added six Enconvo plush Avatar characters, Duet, Quo, Mumble, Caret, Isla and Wrap, whose faces are made from Enconvo's own signs such as the Dynamic Island, the text cursor and the voice bars; they have their own Enconvo group in the Avatar picker and need no download.
• Added turning the galaxy inside Galaxy Crystal with the scroll wheel or a two-finger drag, while its glass and reflections stay in place.
• Changed the Avatar pickers in Settings and on the Avatar itself to group characters into Enconvo, Lifelike, Plush, Abstract and Cartoon, with the Enconvo originals shown first.

• Fixed an MCP server that reconnected while a chat was calling one of its tools sometimes leaving an extra copy of the server running in the background.

Connectors and Models

• Removed the Straico plugin and its chat, text-to-speech and image generation providers on every platform; if you used Straico, pick another provider in Settings.
• Added an Unusual Whales Connector under Finance in Plugins, so the agent can look up options flow, dark pool trades, dealer gamma, implied volatility, congressional and insider trades and company financials with your own Unusual Whales API key.
• Changed the Finance section in Plugins to list Stripe, PayPal and Unusual Whales first.
• Added a Recently added row at the top of Plugins with the Connectors Enconvo added most recently.
• Changed connecting a Connector that uses your own API key, such as Unusual Whales, to ask for the key in a dialog right on the Plugins page instead of opening the Connector's page.
• Fixed a Connector that uses your own API key briefly showing its + button again after you connect it in Plugins; it now shows Connecting… until it appears as connected.
• Added a Cloudflare CLI plugin, so the agent can manage your Cloudflare domains, DNS, Workers, D1, R2, KV and other services and create and deploy Workers with Cloudflare's new cf CLI, previewing changes and asking before it changes or deploys anything.
• Added EmbeddingGemma 2 to the local MLX models, so it can be downloaded from the model manager and serve embeddings on Apple Silicon Macs through the local OpenAI-compatible API.

Computer Use and Browser Use

• Fixed Browser Use screenshots sometimes timing out on a tab that had just woken from sleep; the screenshot is now tried once more.
• Changed Browser Use to fill an empty text field without first sending select-all and delete keys, so typing into forms starts sooner.
• Changed Computer Use on Mac to finish clicks, key presses and other actions sooner by noting the app's windows while the action runs instead of reading them again before and after it.
• Changed Computer Use on Mac to hold back a click and show the agent the app again when a dialog, sheet or menu opened over its target, or the window holding it closed, since the agent last looked.
• Changed Computer Use on Mac to check an element again right before clicking it, so the click follows an element that moved and is held back when the element was removed or replaced since the agent last looked.
• Changed Computer Use on Mac to apply the same checks before scrolling, setting a field's value, selecting text or running an element's action, so these are held back and the agent sees the app again when their target was removed, replaced or covered since it last looked.
• Fixed Computer Use on Mac scrolling a web page or long document in an app in the background, which could report success without moving; it now scrolls the visible part, moves the scroll bar when the wheel does nothing, and tells the agent when the end is reached.
• Fixed Computer Use on Mac reporting success for clicks, typing, drags and key presses in a minimized window that never reached it; it now tells the agent the window is minimized, runs a key's menu command where one exists, and points it to the actions that still work there.
• Changed Computer Use on Mac so clicking an app's menu shows the agent that menu's commands, with their shortcuts and whether each is disabled or checked, without opening the menu or bringing the app to the front; clicking a command then runs it in the background.
• Fixed Computer Use on Mac clicks on an app's menu bar menus sometimes reaching a different element of the app.
• Fixed Computer Use on Mac reporting success when setting a value the app did not take, such as a checkbox, a web page slider or a file name in a Finder list; it now moves web sliders step by step, sets web number fields without clearing them, and tells the agent what to do instead.
• Fixed Computer Use on Mac acting on controls behind an open sheet or dialog, which either went around the sheet or did nothing while reporting success; it now holds the action back and points the agent to the sheet or dialog.
• Fixed Computer Use on Mac clicking or filling in a disabled button or field, which took seconds, could bring its window forward and did nothing while reporting success; it now tells the agent the control is disabled.
• Fixed Computer Use on Mac reporting success when dragging a file, list row or web page item onto another place, which dropped nothing; it now tells the agent to use a menu command, cut and paste, or another way to move it.
• Fixed Computer Use on Mac failing to choose an option in pop-up buttons and web page dropdowns; it now picks the option by its title from the menu in the background and lists the options when none matches.
• Changed Computer Use on Mac to press buttons and other elements about a quarter second sooner, as soon as its cursor arrives.

Account and Plus Trial

• Changed the lifetime license prices in Settings → Account to update on their own when prices change, and to show the Black Friday discount while it runs.
• Added a one-time 7-day Plus trial for Free accounts, started from a SmartBar card or Settings → Account, with every Plus feature and no card needed, moving back to Free afterwards without losing anything you made.
• Added automatic pausing of extra scheduled tasks and IM bots when a Plus trial ends, keeping the most recent one running and resuming the rest when you get Plus.
• Changed the knowledge base, workflow, scheduled task and IM bot limits on Free to show a capsule that says what Free includes and that nothing you made is lost.

Windows

• Fixed workflows on Windows reading {{ env.HOME }} as empty; it now reads your home folder, so steps that build paths from it work as they do on the Mac and Linux.
